We ship worldwide. Depending on the destination and product availability we ship your items from either our Nairobi or Paris stock.

It is Important to us that you get your items in good condition and in the shortest amount of time possible. We, therefore, use global courier companies like DHL or Aramex for International shipments. If you're located within Kenya, we offer Wells fargo and G4S shipping services.

For European destinations we also use local companies. For each order you will get a tracking number and parcels normally get to you within 5-7 working days from dispatch.

We charge 35$ flat rate for worldwide shippings.

Please consider international orders may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by Aramex or DHL direct to arrange payment. Kipépéo cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. 

For deliveries inside Kenya, we charge 5$ for deliveries within Nairobi County and 10$ for outside of Nairobi County. 

We want you to love your Kipépéo purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please consider that items returned outside of this period may not be accepted. 

Kipépéo does not issue cash refunds. If you have chosen the wrong size or not happy with the purchase, we can offer you a credit which can be used to purchase a different items.

Replacement sizes are subject to stock availability. 

Please note that if an item is customised to your size/style according to your request, we will not be able to exchange it.

Place your order at kipepeocollection.com and select In-Store Pick-Up at checkout.
Wait for your confirmation — you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready. Please do not visit the boutique before receiving this message.

Visit us at Village Market — bring your order confirmation (on your phone or printed) and a valid ID.

Our team will warmly welcome you and help you with anything you need.

Orders are held for 5 days. After this period, uncollected orders will be returned to stock and a store credit issued.
