Boutique Policies & Etiquette

At Kipépéo, every piece is handcrafted with love by our talented artisans in Kenya. To ensure a beautiful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our boutique guidelines below.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

• Returns are not accepted.

• Sale or discounted pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Holding Items Aside

• We are unable to hold items aside unless the purchase is confirmed.

• Holds may only be made for final sales or with a 50% deposit.

• Unconfirmed holds cannot be guaranteed.

Fitting Room Policy

• A maximum of 3 pieces may be taken into the fitting room at a time.

• Please avoid makeup or lotions that may stain garments.

• Return all items to our team after trying them on.

Photography Policy

• Kindly note that photography of the pieces or inside the boutique is not permitted.

• You’re welcome to take photos of the garments on yourself and tag @kipepeocollection 💛

• The boutique is equipped with CCTV for your safety and ours.
